After 35+ years of growing and selling Christmas trees, the gates will not be opening this year. While I will miss the many happy faces and friends I have made over the years, I will certainly not miss the unpredictability of the weather conditions throughout the season.

 

For those who are asking for a recommendation, the Moulds family does a great job with Bob at Wapsie Pines Tree Farm near Fairbanks, and his son, Danny, with Kris Kringle north of Cedar Falls.

My plan is to continue with the nursery and tree installation part of the business for as long as I physically can.
